Commissioners for Taking Oaths & Affidavits take affidavits or declarations by asking you to swear or affirm that what is in a document is true.
A Notary Public has all the powers of a commissioner for taking oaths & affidavits and, can verify that signatures, marks and copies of documents are true or genuine.
Most documents can be serviced as needed. However, if in the very rare situation LLS can't commission or notarize your document, you will be advised immediately.
Make an appointment with LLS, when you arrive we can have a look at your documents and determine which of the services you need. Be sure to bring with you all of your documents and your government issued photo ID.
LLS does provide same-day, after hours/weekend, and mobile service appointments. However each of these services do have a additional fee.
