Small Claims Court in Ontario is a legal venue designed to be simpler, faster, and a more affordable alternative to civil litigation, where individuals and businesses can resolve disputes. These disputes can be the result of several issues including, breaches of contracts, unpaid invoices, damages, and enforcement of orders (garnishment) received by other courts and tribunals. The Small Claims Court can be complicated, so it is important to be aware of how to navigate the processes. LLS can help!
