Why should I hire a paralegal for my Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) matter?

Do I have to use LTB forms to file with the Board?

The short answer is....YES! Forms that are not approved by the LTB for use will not be accepted and you will be required to file to proper LTB approved forms for filing.
